前立腺癌にメトホルミン治療は役立つ・・・らしい

抗糖尿病薬であるメトフォルミンは、bicalutamide (Casodex)によるホルモン抵抗性前立腺癌cell lineの増殖緩徐化を助ける。この相互効果により、複合的投与で、前立腺癌細胞コロニー形成を減少させるとのこと。
