ほんとの適切な”teachable moment"は喫煙開始前である子供の頃だとおもうのだが、痛い目に遭ってないからわからない・・・次善策としては、社会的・強制的に禁煙施策を行うこと・・・だが、たばこによりニコチン依存行動・思考や利益性が混在してスマートに社会は動かない。
