MegaらはCYP2C19のgenotype評価研究からのデータで、clopidogrel治療患者の臨床的アウトカムを研究し、機能減少CYP2C19 allele一つあることでさえ、重大心血管イベント、特に、ステント血栓リスク増加をもたらすことを見いだした。
