Use of Intensive Insulin Therapy for the Management of Glycemic Control in Hospitalized Patients: A Clinical Practice Guideline From the American College of Physicians

Recommendation 1: ACPは、強化インスリン治療を、非手術ICU(SICU)/内科ICU患者に対し、糖尿病有無にかかわらず、strictly血糖コントロールのため、使用しないことを推奨する (Grade: strong recommendation, moderate-quality evidence).

Recommendation 2: ACP は、強化インスリン治療を、SICU/MICU患者に対し、血糖を正常化するため、使用しないことを推奨する。(Grade: strong recommendation, high-quality evidence).

Recommendation 3: ACP は、SICU/MICU患者に対し、インスリン治療を使用し、目標血糖レベルを 7.8 to 11.1 mmol/L (140 to 200 mg/dL) とすることを推奨する (Grade: weak recommendation, moderate-quality evidence)
