外科医とインターベンション屋さんとのコラボ、すなわち、heart-teamアプローチをガイドラインで推奨とのこと


抗血小板療法に関してもチームアプローチを強調。
バイパス時の麻酔なども含めているが、この分野のエビデンスの集約の必要性も強調。

さらに、ガイドラインはユーザーフレンドリーとなり、30％程度に減らしたとのこと。
（確かに、他の分野でも、最近のガイドラインは読みやすさ・通読しやすさ・検索性も、重視されてるようだ）
