11前向き研究、6643名の膵臓癌症例

red meat 120g/日増加毎、包括相対リスク(RR) 1.13(95%信頼区間 CI=0.93-1.39; Pheterogeneity<0.001)

red meat consumptionは、男性の膵がんリスク正相関  (RR=1.29; 95% CI=1.08–1.53; Pheterogeneity=0.28; five studies)あるが、女性では認めない(RR=0.93; 95% CI=0.74–1.16; Pheterogeneity=0.21; six studies)

加工肉 50g/日増加毎、膵がんRRは1.19  (95% CI=1.04–1.36; Pheterogeneity=0.46)
