収縮期・拡張期血圧は、全治療群で、類似
・aliskiren群：6.5±14.9/3.8±10.1 mm Hg
・losartan群：5.5±15.6/3.7±10.7 mm Hg
・併用群：6.6±16.6/4.6±10.5 mm Hg
; P<0.0001 , P=0.81 群間

LV mass indexは有意に全群低下：4.9-, 4.8-, and 5.8 g/m2 P<0.0001

併用群LV mass indexは、losartan単独群にくらべ有意な減少差はない(P=0.52)


Aliskirenはlosartanと同程度(非劣性：P<0.0001)
