-PESI　：Class III、IV、V

-１２誘導心電図：前胸部誘導のT波陰転化の存在と数
-心エコー:RVD所見
-computer tomography pulmonary angiography(CTPA):CPTE index(→おそらく、Computer Tomography Pulmonary Embolism (CTPE) indexの間違い)、proximal clot、RV/RV直径比＞１ →おそらく、end-diastolic RV/left ventricular [LV] 比の間違い
