２アプローチ間の、患者のadherenceと医療コストの差のエビデンスが存在しないことで、”Heart Manual”のような、エビデンスに基づく在宅リハビリテーションプログラムのprovisionが必要であろう。
従来のsupervised centre basedなやり方をとるか、在宅プログラムをとるかは患者の選択が反映されるべきだろう。

心筋梗塞後、血管再建後のCardiac rehabilitation は、回復を補助し、心血管イベントを予防し、身体的健康改善と合併症・死亡率減少をもたらす。
このことは２つのシステミックレビュー、４８のRCTで全原因死亡率２０％減少、心臓死亡率２７％減少ということで示されている。
このリハビリテーションは、運動、教育、行動変容、カウンセリング、サポート、戦略により、心血管リスク要因をターゲットにしたものである・・・と序文から。
